Hunt is conducted in Tian Shan mountains at the altitude 3500 m -4000 m. Main camp is on the altitude about 4000 m. Hunt is mostly by horses.
Every day from early morning hunter goes with a guide to hunt horseback for full day. Guide knows where rams are and approach to this place with client last 500 – 800 m by foot. When find a group of sheep guide put a spotting scope and determine size of trophy. If it is trophy size and client liked it they decide the way of stalking. Average stalking is not more then 1 km. Shooting distance is 300-400 m.
Best time of hunt is October 20 - November 20 and all March. Air temperature in November is -20 - -15C and in March is -10 - -5C.
Accommodation is in wagons, yurts and warm big tents with stove, generator, toilet outside. Transfer is through Istambul to Bishkek where hunters are met by company representative with guns permit and drive 8-10 hrs to the camp.
Representative accompanies client during all the trip. Average trophy size varies from 135 cm to 145 cm (53 in.- 57 in.). The largest from this area was 64". When you finish Marco Polo sheep hunt you can hunt Ibex from the same camp.
